The bot does not move
The engine runs on your device. On the very first game it loads the network, which takes a few seconds. If it still does not move, close the app fully and reopen it.
My progress disappeared
Progress is stored on the device only — we have no server and no accounts. Deleting the app deletes the progress with it, and it cannot be restored.
Managing the subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting StonePath does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Purchases go through the App Store, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue them ourselves.

Бот не ходит
Движок считает на самом телефоне. В первой партии он загружает нейросеть, это занимает несколько секунд. Если ход так и не сделан, закройте приложение полностью и откройте заново.
Пропал прогресс
Прогресс хранится только на телефоне: у нас нет ни сервера, ни аккаунтов. Удаление приложения удаляет и прогресс, восстановить его нельзя.
Управление подпиской
Подписку обслуживает Apple. Откройте «Настройки», нажмите своё имя, затем «Подписки». Удаление приложения подписку не отменяет.
Возврат денег
Покупки идут через App Store, поэтому возврат запрашивается у Apple на reportaproblem.apple.com. Сами вернуть деньги мы не можем.
